Atelier Uraia 2017 - Transparence et gouvernement ouvert - Inscriptions ouvertes
En 2017, Uraía organisera son atelier annuel à Madrid, du 8 au 10 février, en partenariat avec la Fédération des Municipalités Espagnoles (FEMP), sur: "Villes transparentes et ouvertes: solutions innovantes pour la gestion et les finances municipales."
Objectifs. L’objectif de l’atelier est de présenter et échanger des expériences sur les initiatives que les gouvernements locaux développent avec leurs partenaires pour mettre en place des mécanismes qui garantissent la transparence, la reddition de comptes et le gouvernement ouvert des villes, et de comprendre comment ils peuvent bénéficier de l’innovation technologique pour lutter contre la corruption et la mauvaise gestion pour un développement urbain. L'atelier offrira une opportunité pour les villes de découvrir les solutions SMART existantes qui peuvent avoir un impact important sur la transparence et améliorer la communication avec les citoyens.
Sujets. Les villes et leurs partenaires présents partageront leurs expériences et les instruments existant sur l'usage des technologies SMART pour:
- améliorer la transparence des actions et finances municipales
- luter contre la corruption et la fraude dans la gestion et le développement urbain
- construir la confiance entre citoyens et administration
- renforcer les canaux de communication avec les citoyens
- augmenter la participation citoyenne dans la gestion de la ville
Résultats. L'atelier aura pour résultat les Guidelines de Madrid, un document qui systématisera les échanges, études de cas, défis et opportunités et points de vue partagés par les décideurs publics qui font face à des situations semblables concernant les besoins et les demandes citoyennes pour plus de transparence.
Qui peut participer. L’atelier rassemblera approximativement 60 représentants de gouvernements locaux et leurs partenaires (réseaux de villes, organisations internationales et de la société civile, prestataires de services du secteur privé, universités, etc.) du monde entier.
Modalités de participation. L’événement est gratuit. Nous disposons d’un budget réduit pour couvrir les dépenses de déplacement et hébergement de quelques intervenants. La sélection des intervenants se basera sur des critères de représentativité géographique et de complémentarité des expériences et la priorité sera donnée aux représentants de villes issus de pays en développement.

Uraia 2017 workshop - Transparency and accountability
The Committee collaborates again in the organization of the Uraia´s annual workshop.
In 2017, Uraía will organize its annual "Citizenship Series" in Madrid, on February 8 - 10th, in partnership with the Spanish Federation of Municipalities (FEMP), on "Transparent and accountable cities: innovative solutions for municipal management and finance."
Goals. The objective of the workshop is to present and exchange experiences on initiatives developed by local governments and their partners to implement mechanisms for transparency, accountability and open government in cities. The workshop will explore how municipalities can profit from the advantages of innovation and technology to prevent corruption and mismanagement to happen in urban management. The workshop will offer an opportunity for cities to discover available SMART solutions that can have a significant impact on transparency and improve communication with the citizen.
Topics. Cities and partners will share experiences and tools regarding the use of SMART technologies to:
- improve transparency of municipal action and finances.
- fight corruption and fraud in urban development and management.
- build trust between citizen and administration.
- strengthen communication channels with the citizen.
- increase citizens' participation in city management.
Results. The workshop will result in the “Madrid Guidelines”, a document systematizing the exchanges, case studies, challenges, opportunities and views shared by decision makers who face similar situations regarding the pressing need to address the citizen’s demand for transparency in more innovative ways.
Who can attend. The workshop will gather approximately 60 representatives of local governments and their partners (network of cities, civil society and international organizations, service providers from the private sector, universities, etc.) from all around the world.
Modalities of participation. The event is free of charge. We have a limited number of grants to cover travel and accommodation in Madrid reserved for speakers. The selection of speakers will be based on geographical representation and the complementarity of the experiences. Priority will be given to representatives from cities of developing countries.

La Comisión colabora nuevamente en la organización del taller anual de la Plataforma Uraía.
En 2017, Uraía organizará su "Series Ciudadanía" en Madrid en colaboración con la Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias (FEMP) "Ciudades transparentes y abiertas: soluciones innovadoras para la gestión y finanzas municipales.”
Objetivos. El objetivo del taller es la presentación y el intercambio de experiencias de gobiernos locales y sus socios a respecto de la implementación de mecanismos para reforzar la transparencia, la rendición de cuentas y el gobierno abierto. También serán abordadas cuestiones de las ventajas de la innovación y de la tecnología para luchar contra la corrupción y la mala administración en los gobiernos locales. El taller ofrecerá la oportunidad a las ciudades descubrir las soluciones SMART disponibles que pueden tener un impacto significativo en la transparencia y una mejor comunicación con los ciudadanos.
Resultados. El taller resultará en las 'Guidelines de Madrid', un documento que sistematizará los intercambios, estudios de caso, desafíos y oportunidades y puntos de vista compartidos por gestores públicos que enfrentan situaciones semejantes para contestar a las necesidades y demandas de los ciudadanos por más transparencia.
Quien puede participar. El taller reunirá aproximadamente 60 representantes de gobiernos locales y sus socios (redes de ciudades, organizaciones internacionales y de la sociedad civil, proveedores de servicios del sector privado, universidades, etc.) del mundo entero.
Modalidades de participación. El taller es gratuito y disponemos de un presupuesto limitado para cubrir los gastos de viaje y alojamiento de algunos de los ponentes. La selección de ponentes se basará en criterios de representatividad geográfica y complementariedad de las experiencias, dándose prioridad a representantes de ciudades de países en desarrollo.
