ICT 2015 Innovate, Connect, Transform

The European Commission, together with the Fundaçao para a Ciência e a Tecnologia Portugal bring you: ICT 2015 - Innovate, Connect, Transform, 20-22 October 2015 in Lisbon, Portugal.

The ICT 2015 event will comprise a number of parallel activities:

A policy conference presenting the new Commission´s policies and initiatives on Research & Innovation in ICT (Horizon 2020 Programme); An interactive exhibition showcasing the best results and impact of most recent EU ICT Research & Innovation; Many networking opportunities to enhance quality partnerships, helping participants find partners, connect Research and Innovation and trigger collaboration; Funding opportunities: ICT 2015 will also be the place to gather information on the 2016 Work Programme of Horizon 2020. Registrations will open in May 2015 - to receive updates, check regularly this page or subscribe to the ICT 2015 newsletter Calls for proposals and applications.

Premiere activite de formation de la plateforme URAÍA

Les 29 et 30 juin, la plateforme organisera son premier atelier de travail à Oslo, en Norvège sur les « Négociations partenariats public-privés pour le management SMART des villes". Il rassemblera des collectivités locales et des fournisseurs de services et sera l´opportunité de construire ensemble des lignes directrices pour la préparation et la mise en oeuvre de contrats liés à l´usage des technologies dans la gestion municipale.

Smart City Lighting Event

Cities all over the world are facing revolutionary changes in city lighting. To become more affordable, cities need to start investigating the wide range of benefits of switching from a traditional professional field of city lighting to the far more complex network of smart lighting technology. To achieve this, exchanging of new knowledge, bright ideas and creative solutions on a regular basis is becoming increasingly important. The two-day Smart City Lighting Event taking place at the 24th and 25th of June is thé platform to flesh out.
