On June 29th and 30th, the Platform will organize its first Working Session in Oslo, Norway on “Public-private partnership negotiation for SMART city management”. It will bring together local governments and service providers and offer the opportunity to design Guidelines for the preparation and implementation of contracts linked to the use of technologies in municipal management.
